Basis of Engagement
Fees are charged for professional time and expertise. Compensation is not contingent on the outcome of the matter, the content of any opinion rendered, or the amount of any recovery.
No opinion is offered until the file has been reviewed. An engagement may be declined at any point if the record does not support the opinion sought.
A conflict check is performed before any file material is accepted.
Rates are subject to annual review. The current curriculum vitae is available for download at whiterockclaims.com/expert-witness.
A Separate Professional Engagement
Expert-witness and litigation-support work is a separate professional engagement. Retention does not purchase an opinion, does not mean an opinion will favor retaining counsel, and does not guarantee any conclusion. Testimony is never contingent on outcome. Litigation-support retention does not create public-adjuster representation of any party.
Request Conflict Check
Request an Expert Witness Conflict Check
Please submit basic conflict-check information first. Do not transmit privileged, confidential, or extensive case materials until White Rock PA confirms that the conflict check has been completed and the engagement can be considered.
