Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at whiterockclaims.com and any associated services, client portal, or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

White Rock Public Adjusting, LLC ("White Rock," "we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Services Description

White Rock provides licensed public adjusting and insurance appraisal services to policyholders in Texas and Florida. The Platform provides information about our services, educational content, and a secure client portal for claim management. Submitting information through the Platform constitutes a request for consultation only.

No claim outcome is guaranteed. Every claim depends on its specific facts, policy terms, damage scope, applicable law, and carrier conduct. Past results described on the Platform do not guarantee or predict similar outcomes.

3. No Professional Relationship via Platform Use

Use of the Platform — including submitting a claim review request, uploading documents, or communicating through contact forms — does not create a public adjuster-client relationship. Formal representation begins only upon mutual execution of a state-compliant public adjuster contract. Until that contract is signed, no fiduciary duty or professional obligation arises.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access the secure client portal, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, forms, software, and all taglines — is the property of White Rock Public Adjusting, LLCor its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written permission is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHITE ROCK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITE ROCK PUBLIC ADJUSTING, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may link to third-party websites (e.g., Texas Department of Insurance, Florida DFS). White Rock does not endorse or control these sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

10. Public Adjuster Regulatory Disclosures

White Rock Public Adjusting, LLC is licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and the Florida Department of Financial Services: TX Public Adjuster License #3172010 · FL Public Adjuster License #W675274 · NPN #19450926. As a public adjusting firm, we represent policyholders exclusively. We do not represent insurance carriers, nor do we accept carrier contracts or referrals.

Texas policyholders may contact TDI at 1-800-252-3439. Florida policyholders may contact the Florida DFS Consumer Helpline at 1-877-693-5236. You have the right to cancel a public adjuster contract within the statutory rescission period applicable in your state.
