Fees & Engagements

The Insurance Claim Consulting Company

How White Rock PA Fees Work

The appropriate fee structure depends on the claim, professional service, jurisdiction and scope of work. Before White Rock PA begins an engagement, the services and applicable fees are clearly defined.

White Rock PA does not use one universal fee structure for every service. Different professional services carry different requirements, and some are regulated by the jurisdiction in which the claim arises. The sections below explain how each category is structured.

Claim Consulting

Consulting engagements are professional-services arrangements. Depending on the claim and the work involved, an engagement may use an agreed hourly fee, a project fee, a defined scope of work, or another written professional-services arrangement.

  • Agreed hourly fee
  • Project fee
  • Defined scope of work
  • Another written professional-services arrangement

The structure is identified in writing before the engagement begins. Consulting is advisory and documentation-focused — it is not legal advice and not a coverage determination.

Public Adjusting

Where public adjusting is provided, compensation is governed by the applicable jurisdiction, the engagement, the contract, and applicable regulatory requirements. There is no single nationwide fee statement, because the rules are not the same everywhere.

  • The jurisdiction in which the claim arises
  • The specific engagement and its scope
  • The applicable written public adjuster contract
  • Applicable regulatory requirements

Public adjusting is available only where White Rock PA and the applicable licensed professional are properly licensed and legally authorized. Any jurisdiction-specific fee terms are provided in the applicable written contract.

Appraisal, Valuation & Estimate Services

Appraisal support, valuation analysis, estimate and scope review, and similar technical work may each have their own engagement structure. These services are not automatically structured the same way as a public adjusting engagement.

  • Appraisal support
  • Valuation analysis
  • Estimate and scope review
  • Claim documentation and technical review

The applicable structure depends on the service requested, the complexity of the claim, and the scope agreed in writing.

What is defined before work begins

  • The specific service being provided
  • The scope of work included — and what is not included
  • The applicable fee structure for that service
  • The jurisdiction and authority under which the work is performed
  • What is required from you during the engagement

Submitting claim information does not create an engagement, a representation agreement, or any fee obligation. No claim outcome, payment amount, or timeline is guaranteed.

Expert Witness Services

Expert-witness and litigation-support engagements use a separate professional fee schedule.
