Important information about our services and limitations
White Rock Public Adjusting, LLC is a licensed public adjusting firm. We are not an insurance company, a law firm, or a general contractor. Our services are limited to public adjusting and insurance appraisal representation as defined by applicable state statutes and regulations.
Nothing on this website or in communications from White Rock constitutes legal advice. Matters involving legal rights, coverage interpretation disputes, bad faith claims, or litigation strategy should be discussed with a licensed attorney. We do not provide legal representation, and our public adjusting services are separate from and not a substitute for legal counsel.
No claim outcome is guaranteed. Every property insurance claim depends on the specific facts of the loss, applicable policy language and exclusions, building code requirements, carrier conduct, and applicable state law. Results vary. Past recoveries described on this website or in our marketing materials are provided as examples only and do not constitute a promise, warranty, or guarantee of any particular result in your claim.
Submitting a claim review request or communicating with us through this website does not create a public adjuster-client relationship. A formal public adjuster-client relationship is established only upon mutual execution of a written public adjuster contract that complies with all applicable state laws and regulations. Until such a contract is executed, White Rock owes no fiduciary duty or professional obligation to any party.
Both Texas and Florida law provide policyholders with a statutory right to cancel a public adjuster contract within a specified period after execution. In Texas, you may cancel within 72 hours of signing. In Florida, the rescission period varies based on the date of loss. Your contract will specify the applicable rescission period. To cancel, follow the instructions in your contract or contact us directly.
White Rock works on a contingency fee basis — our fee is a percentage of the recovery we obtain on your behalf. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. Fee percentages are set by state law and will be clearly disclosed in your public adjuster contract. Contingency fee caps vary by state and by claim type (e.g., different caps may apply to declared catastrophe claims).
